Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.

✔️ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.

✔️ Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.

✔️ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for the right fit.

✔️ Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience with timely communication.

✔️ Coordinate with HR for seamless onboarding.

✔️ Track recruitment metrics and stay updated on industry trends.
