Job Description
GTM Strategy
- Build and execute GTM strategies to launch products, and drive growth.
- Identify and prioritize key customer segments to maximize impact and revenue.
Revenue Growth Deal Pipeline
- Own revenue growth targets, drive pipeline velocity, and accelerate lead-to-deal conversions.
- Ensure quality leads flow through the funnel with a clear focus on conversion and revenue outcomes.
Demand Generation Leadership
- Lead and scale the Demand Generation/Sourcing team, driving accountability for pipeline growth.
- Implement efficient lead sourcing, qualification, and handoff processes to improve conversion rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Align GTM efforts with Product, Marketing, and Sales for seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Pods to enable fast follow-ups, qualification, and deal progression.
Data-Driven Growth
- Track and optimize key growth metrics like lead conversion, funnel velocity, and revenue contribution.
- Leverage data insights to refine targeting, improve processes, and increase conversion efficiency.
- 5+ years in GTM, growth, or revenue roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-conversion pipelines, or worked in founder s office role in as growth lead
- Comes from strong education background, tier 1 MBA college is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in optimizing GTM performance and lead conversion.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-impact growth initiatives.
