GoldenBridge Search has been mandated to hire a growth marketer. Our client is a leading name in the lab-grown diamond industry, redefining luxury with sustainable and ethically sourced diamonds. With a strong presence in Central India, they are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketer to scale their online and offline presence, drive customer acquisition, and optimize marketing performance.
Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers across digital and offline channels. You will collaborate closely with performance marketing, content, design, and sales teams to drive brand awareness, optimize marketing funnels, and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Optimize ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize conversions and ROAS.
- Leverage SEO, SEM, influencer partnerships, and referral programs for organic growth.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and execute CRM strategies using email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing.
- Implement personalization and automation to improve customer engagement.
- Optimize loyalty programs and re-engagement campaigns.
Analytics & Experimentation
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness and optimize CAC/LTV ratios.
- Use data insights to refine content, messaging, and channel strategies.
Brand & Community Growth
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling storytelling around sustainability and luxury.Drive influencer and affiliate marketing programs to expand brand reach.
- Engage in partnerships and collaborations to boost visibility.
Key Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in luxury, jewelry, or fashion.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRM platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proven track record in scaling revenue, reducing CAC, and improving retention metrics.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools.
- Experience with influencer marketing, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
