Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

NetSuite Implementation & Customization :

- Lead or participate in end-to-end Oracle NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Customize and optimize NetSuite workflows, reports, dashboards, and scripts to meet business needs.

Finance Process Optimization :

- Analyze and document current finance processes and recommend improvements using NetSuite functionalities.

- Ensure alignment with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related projects and system issues.

Training & Support :

- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of NetSuite.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support and maintenance.

Reporting & Analytics :

- Develop and manage financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for key stakeholders.

- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting using NetSuite tools.

Integration :

Integrate NetSuite with other systems (e.g., CRM, HRMS, third-party applications) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, NetSuite Certification) are a plus.

Experience :

- 3 - 7 years of experience working as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or in a similar role.

- Proven experience with Oracle NetSuite, including implementation, configuration, and support.

- NetSuite certification(s) is a plus.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financial Management, Order-to-Cash ( O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Projects.

- Proficiency in Workflows, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics is a plus.

- Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi) is desirable.

Functional Knowledge :

- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.

- Knowledge of industry-specific business processes is a bonus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
