Opallios is a software development company headquartered in Santa Clara, CA. We have been in the business since 2010. We specialize in data analytics, Salesforce and adm projects focusing on technologies like Java, .net, python, angular react etc. < Change tech stack as per candidate>
We have a development center in Jaipur India. The name of the Indian entity is CresitaTech IT Solutions Pvt Ltd. CresitaTech is registered under Company Act 2913 and is fully promoted by Opallios.
CresitaTech has 2 main verticals Staffing and Projects. We work on projects for international as well as Indian clients.
From CresitaTech staffing, if we find candidates who are good for open reqs on Opallios (parent company) or CresitaTech projects then we deploy them on those projects.
We also have a few products/solution accelerators of our own like
ODE for data analytics
FlexQ for data insight management
ATS for applications tracking
Some of the international customers we have served are :
- Splunk, Intuit, EAG, Varmour, Spireon, SIAG, Glimmerglass, trulocal, Encoded, Kaiser Permanente etc and domestic clients like Infosys, TCS, Techbulls, Encred, GSPann etc

Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a Coupa subject matter expert on both technical and functional analysis of Coupa platform.
- Participate in Procurements technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business process configuration
- Partner with Procurement team to understand their Supply Chain, Manufacturing and related processes, capabilities, and systems to develop solutions leveraging the Coupa Platform.
- Configure the Coupa application to achieve business objectives.
- Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades.
- Assisting with prioritization of enhancements and overall stabilization efforts.
- Provide day to day support for issues related to Coupa by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues.
- Create and resolve Coupa Support cases with vendor as needed.
- Provide periodic training for end users on system processes and procedures
- Supporting implementation activities for organization, processes, and business content.
- Supporting Change Management activities to prepare the client for deployment and adoption (Change Program, Operating Model & Organizational alignment, Communications, Trainings).
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with industry leading procurement tool in a SaaS based environment.
- At least 3 years hands on experience working with various modules in Coupa (Contracts, Supplier management, procurement, etc.) with at least 2 full implementation lifecycle preferably with NetSuite or any other ERP systems.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong functional knowledge across Source to Order functions, including supplier on-boarding, purchase requisitioning, Sourcing (RFxs, negotiations etc.), procurement contracts, risk management and purchasing (including category and catalog management.
- Strong functional knowledge of AP related business processes (Supplier/Vendor on-boarding, sourcing, AP and Payments) and are capable of translating complex processes into technical requirements.
- Strong knowledge of key financial metrics (AP/Payroll)
- Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Able to work independently and in a team, rigorous, detail-oriented, critical thinker and performance-driven.
- Can do attitude and self-driven individual.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
