The retention Manager will work on the existing Database.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement retention marketing campaigns.

- Leverage customer data and behavioural insights to spot opportunities for improving retention rates.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch and manage retention initiatives and campaigns.

- Monitor and analyse key retention metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in retention marketing.

- Analyse customer accounts and behaviours to create predictive models of the customer journey.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in ay similar role.
