About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team.
- As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.
- You will play a critical role in shaping the company's brand identity and driving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, email), content marketing, public relations, and events.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, understand market trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Create high-quality marketing content including website copy, blog posts, articles, social media content, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, ROI).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners (e.g., agencies, influencers) as needed.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
