About the role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Marketer with 4-5 years of experience to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- In this role, you will develop and execute scalable marketing strategies, leveraging a blend of creative problem-solving and analytical skills to fuel business growth.

What you'll be doing:

- Design and implement data-driven growth strategies to meet business goals.

- Identify, prioritize, and test new growth opportunities across digital channels.

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content to improve organic traffic.

- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.

- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key growth metrics.

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to make data-driven decisions.

- A/B test landing pages, user flows, and other touchpoints to improve conversion rates.

- Analyze user behavior to identify barriers to conversion and recommend actionable solutions.

- Design and implement retention campaigns using email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

- Leverage customer insights to reduce churn and enhance lifetime value.

- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams to align growth initiatives.

- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

What we are looking for:

- Experience: 4-5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize).

- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

- Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Creative Skills: Ability to craft compelling marketing messages and creative campaigns.

- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in scaling startups or tech-driven companies.

- Knowledge of growth hacking frameworks and tools.
