SAP BTP Development Manager (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BTP Development Manager to lead the development, deployment, and management of applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

This role requires a strong technical background in SAP development, along with leadership capabilities to guide a development team in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product technical teams, and external partners to ensure BTP solutions align with business objectives and are delivered within time and budget constraints.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of applications on SAP BTP.

- Lead a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.

- Drive integration efforts with SAP and non-SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA.

- Manage and optimize SAP Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.

- Ensure effective API management, security, and data governance within the SAP BTP ecosystem.

- Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development methodologies.

- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define project roadmaps.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Stay updated on the latest SAP BTP advancements and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in SAP development, with a focus on SAP BTP.

- Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP Fiori/UI5 development.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA integration and other SAP cloud solutions.

- Proficiency in API management, security protocols, and data governance on SAP BTP.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.

- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution effectively.
