Job Title: Regional Manager - Corporate Relations (North)
Location: Delhi
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager - Corporate Relations to lead our placement initiatives in North India. The ideal candidate will build strong industry connections, drive campus placements, and ensure successful career outcomes for our postgraduate students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment heads of at least 500 top companies across industries.
- Manage the end-to-end placement process, including student enrollment, assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Organize industry engagement activities such as HR conclaves, guest lectures, and company presentations.
- Achieve placement targets for students enrolled in various postgraduate programs.
- Provide career counseling and placement guidance to students and parents.
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy to enhance corporate tie-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design placement calendars and promotional activities.
- Report key placement metrics to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in any specialization.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in placements or corporate relations with strong industry contacts across India.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude, presentable, and empathetic approach.
