- The ideal candidate will develop and implement recruitment strategies, collaborate with the marketing team, manage key stakeholders, and lead a high-performing team to achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to attract and enroll high-potential students.
- Market Analysis: Analyze student trends and plan targeted recruitment efforts.
- Strategic Outreach: Implement online & offline marketing initiatives (digital campaigns, events, partnerships).
- Budget Management: Allocate and oversee the budget for all recruitment activities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the student recruitment team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Student Counselling & Selection: Guide prospective students on program benefits and admissions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with education agents, institutions, and corporate networks.
- Travel: Engage with students, parents, and stakeholders through extensive travel.
Who We're Looking For:
- MBA graduate with 15+ years of managerial experience in student recruitment or a similar role.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
- Strong communication skills and a dynamic, engaging personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
