Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Head - Student Recruitment to lead and drive student enrollment for the Bachelor of Data Science (BDS) program across India. This senior management role will strategize and execute recruitment initiatives to achieve enrollment targets while building strong relationships with students, parents, education agents, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Recruitment: Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive student enrollments.

- Market Analysis: Monitor student intake trends and create targeted recruitment initiatives.

- Strategic Outreach: Work closely with the marketing team to implement digital and offline marketing campaigns.

- Budget Management: Oversee the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with education agents, high schools, and institutions.

- Counseling & Selection: Guide prospective students through the admissions process and highlight program benefits.

- Process & Performance Tracking: Establish metrics, track performance, and make necessary adjustments.

- Travel: Extensive travel required for student engagement and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: MBA with at least 15 years of managerial experience in the education sector.
