Key Deliverables:
- End-to-End Strategic Hiring for Middle & Senior levels across various business verticals, ensuring alignment with targeted monthly manpower plans.
- Engage in stakeholder management to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and gather feedback for process improvement.
- Focus on recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, including domains such as Content, Operations, Customer Service, Training & Quality, and Sales profiles and technical roles.
- Conduct salary negotiations and facilitate offer rollouts to secure competitive compensation packages for selected candidates.
- Manage hiring closures within designated turnaround times (TATs) to ensure timely recruitment.
- Utilize ATS tools for efficient candidate tracking and streamlined recruitment processes.
- Source candidates from a diverse range of recruitment channels, including job portals, campuses, referral programs, headhunting, social networking, and professional networking.
- Organize and conduct in-house hiring drives and campus recruitment events to attract potential talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
