- Contact prospective customers through inbound leads follow up on calls and emails (leads are provided).
- Converting the leads via Outbound calls
- Explaining the services and converting the provided leads into Sales.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective online demos to prospects
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects (lead)
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Managers
- Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied
- Attend training to stay up to date with the specifications of new products and service offerings

It was one of the worst decisions of my life. They believe in a Hire and fire Policy. Legal complications, no FnF, and even the directors of this company's father and son are illiterate. Senior employees are also illiterate. Salary on the 10th of the month is against labor law. The company doesn't believe in employee or country growth; it just uses loopholes of the Indian judiciary.
Worst and greedy management, they ask you on time of joining to rate 5 star review to hide there worst image. They also give offer letters on bond Type paper to enforce it later in court. They spoil your career. irritates you so much that you leave the job by itself without giving them notice. They never give FnF, no retention call f..Read More
