SAP BTP Consultant - E2E Implementation (5-7 yrs)

Job Title : SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Consultant.

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions.

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to enhance supply chain planning and management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive SAP BTP expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving operational excellence in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Experience with SAPUI5 and / or HTML5 or other Front-end Web Application development frameworks and Full Stack Web IDE.

- Scope, requirement management and development experience in ECC Implementation conversions & custom code remediation.

- Highly preferred : Deep understanding of BTP architecture services and tools (BAS,BTP Cockpit, etc.)

- Lead SAP BTP development/integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years Hands on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, OData, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language, IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, ATC.

- Scope, requirement management and development experience in ECC Implementation, ECC conversions & custom code remediation.

- 2 End to End SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience from the Prepare/Explore phase till Run phase.

- Clean Core Mindset and Experience.

- Business processes knowledge in one or two SAP Functional areas.

- Conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

- Very well demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team members.

Highly preferred :

- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP in application and configuration.

- Deep understanding of BTP architecture, BTP services and tools (BAS, BTP Cockpit, etc.

- Experience in Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk).

- Knowledge on open standards like Cloud Foundry.

- Experience with SAPUI5 and/or HTML5 or other Front-end Web Application development frameworks and Full Stack Web IDE.

- Project management experience, with the ability to lead teams and manage deliverables within defined timelines and budgets.

- SAP BTP certification is a plus.
