SAP Integrated Business Planning Consultant - Implementation & Support (5-7 yrs)

Location : Bhopal/Indore/Pune/Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and configure SAP IBP solutions to meet business needs across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales & operations planning (S&OP).

- Lead SAP IBP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and go-live support.

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand planning and supply chain requirements, identify pain points, and propose best practices using SAP IBP.

- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

- Evaluate current planning processes and recommend improvements leveraging SAP IBP capabilities.

- Implement forecasting, optimization, and analytics features to enhance decision-making.

- Integrate SAP IBP with other SAP modules (e.g, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba) and third-party systems.

- Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and deliver ongoing system enhancements.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to build end-user capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience in designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions, with expertise in one or more areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, or S&OP.

- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in configuring SAP IBP functionalities, including dashboards, key figure calculations, and planning operators.

- Experience in integrating SAP IBP with other SAP modules (e.g, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba) and external systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.

- Project management experience, with the ability to lead teams and manage deliverables within defined timelines and budgets.

- SAP IBP certification is a plus.
