Skills :

Data Management & Reporting (Excel and Power BI) :

- Create and manage advanced Excel models for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.

- Utilize Power BI for data visualization, performance tracking, and generating actionable insights.

- Support stakeholders with reporting solutions to streamline decision-making processes.

Python Scripting for Automation :

- Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, data validation, and content management processes.

- Implement API-based integrations using Python for backend automation and system optimization.

- Enhance existing Python scripts to align with evolving business needs.

Collaboration and Process Management :

- Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow execution.

- Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving challenges in Workfront Fusion workflows and integrated systems.

- Partner with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration of tools and platforms across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and backend processes.

- Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel for data analysis and process automation.

- Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and XML for integrations.

Preferred Skills :

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting technical issues.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Workfront.

- Experience with additional reporting tools is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight deadlines.
