OICS Lead/Architect (6-9 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled OICS Lead/Architect with a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OICS) to lead integration projects for our enterprise clients.

The successful candidate will have in-depth experience in designing and implementing integrations between Oracle Fusion and various other systems, including Open Source technologies.

You will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of Finance, SCM (Supply Chain Management), and other Oracle Fusion modules, along with troubleshooting and performance optimization of existing integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OICS), including API, database, file-based, event, and queue integrations.

- Design and implement seamless integrations between Oracle Fusion (Finance, SCM modules) and Open Source technologies or other third-party systems.

- Create OIC services (APIs, database, file, and event-based integrations) tailored to meet business requirements and functional specifications.

- Coordinate with business and functional teams to define integration requirements, system architecture, and functional flows.

- Troubleshoot integration issues across various systems, including Oracle Fusion, and work towards efficient and scalable solutions.

- Identify performance bottlenecks, propose solutions, and optimize the performance of OICS integrations.

- Perform continuous improvements on existing integrations to enhance system efficiency and mitigate potential issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the development team, to ensure the successful implementation of integration solutions.

- Guide the team in setting up and validating test data in Oracle Fusion for integration purposes.

- Provide assistance to developers on Fusion components, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to integration.

- Lead testing efforts, ensuring that integrations are thoroughly validated and meet business requirements.

- Validate the integration data flow between Open Source systems and Oracle Fusion to ensure proper synchronization and data consistency.

- Ensure integration processes are monitored and documented for future audits, troubleshooting, and improvement.

- Document integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.

- Provide knowledge transfer and training to junior team members, helping them build expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud Services and Oracle Fusion integrations.

- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including business teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment in integration requirements and expectations.

- Work closely with project managers to track progress, identify risks, and deliver integration solutions on time.

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in systems integration, with at least 2-3 OICS projects implementation experience.

- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion, including working with API, DB, FILE, Event, and Queue-based integrations.

- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion modules such as Finance, SCM (Supply Chain Management), and other related business modules.

- Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OICS).

- Experience working with Fusion tables, especially within Finance and SCM modules.

- Strong knowledge of OIC services, including how to create, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of these services.

- Proficiency in integrating various systems (including Open Source and Oracle Fusion) via APIs, file-based methods, and other integration protocols.

- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware and its integration capabilities.

- Familiarity with REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON integration standards.

- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and optimization strategies for OICS
