About the job
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 Recruiters and Senior Recruiters.
- Assign and prioritise recruitment tasks to ensure efficient delivery.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
Client Management:
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and feedback.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee recruitment operations, ensuring smooth delivery within agreed timelines.
- Monitor and enhance team productivity and profile quality through operational best practices.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and standards for timely and quality submissions.
Training and Development:
- Identify team skill gaps and collaborate on implementing training programs.
- Foster professional growth within the team by providing support and guidance.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal leaders and cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Experience:
- 4-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven expertise in managing teams of 4 or more Recruiters and handling multiple clients.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficient in recruitment tools, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
