Recro.io - LLM Engineer - Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (4-9 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled LLM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and refining large language models. This role involves both research and practical application, including model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and train large-scale language models to improve and extend the capabilities of our AI products.

- Fine-tune models on specific datasets to meet unique client requirements or to enhance performance in specific tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems or applications.

- Maintain and improve existing models, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest research and best practices.

- Analyze model performance and implement strategies for improvement.

- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and experience in natural language processing.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Experience with training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale language models.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PhD in a relevant field.

- Publications in top-tier journals or conferences in the field of AI or NLP.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Contributions to open-source projects in the AI/NLP space.
