Key Responsibility Areas-
1. Managing the employee leaves and attendance data for payroll processing.
2. Identify and implement workflow/process improvements, ensuring effective coordination throughout the employee life cycle.
3. Act as an SME for HR operations, providing support for data analysis, process management, issuance of various letters, and employee communications.
4. Review, update, and maintain HR policies to comply with legislative changes, recommending system updates for process improvements.
5. Manage day-to-day HR operations, including policy implementation, compliance with employment laws, and HRIS management..
6. Lead HR projects and initiatives, oversee employee relations, performance management, employee development, and benefits
administration, and support HR audits for data integrity and compliance.
7. Partner with colleagues to resolve more complex issues, ultimately reducing escalations and ensuring compliance.
8. Managing HRIS and other HR systems.
Eligibility-
1. Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Operations role.
3. Experience in managing HR operations and teams.
4. Knowledge of payroll compliances and processes.
Skills required-
1. Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, laws, and best practices.
2. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
3. Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
4. Analytical skills for HR data management and reporting.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good knowledge of MS Office.
