Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leave management, payroll processing, salary preparation, and salary processing for employees.
  
• Coordinate HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and HR coordination.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.
  
• Provide support in HR administration tasks including data entry and record-keeping.
  
• Assist in managing HR operations effectively.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role within the Engineering & Construction industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of HR administration, coordination, engagement, generalistic activities, operations, payroll management principles.
