Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to join our dynamic team with a minimum of 10 -12 years of experience with deep expertise in HRIS, Analytics, Onboarding, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Legal, HR Audits, and Compensation & Benefits. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations and partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to create a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the HR operations including HRIS, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance.
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) to ensure effective employee performance tracking and development.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance and streamline the onboarding process.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, managing statutory compliance and conducting HR audits.
- Implement and monitor compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitive salary structures.
- Analyze HR data and reports to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.
- Continuously improve and automate HR processes to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HRIS, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Familiarity with HR Audits and legal HR requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Performance Management Systems and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret HR data and deliver actionable insights.
