The Associate Director - HR Compliance and Employee Relations is responsible for the developing and implementation of various programs across GC focused on HR risks, compliance, and governance. This role reports into the Head - HR Strategy and Governance and is expected to drive HR Risk, Compliance and ER efforts in partnership with key stakeholders to embed expected values and behaviors.

- Implementation of HR policies and procedures and monitor compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Perform reviews of compliance rules within HR process and systems to ensure outcomes are compliant relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Effectively and regularly focus on risk, controls, assess and manages operational risk and processes to ensure operational controls and business continuity.

- Partner with internal and global risk teams to self-assess and implement effective local risk control frameworks.
