Employee Relations Data Analysis -Vice President

Job Description:

- Expertise to deliver the data strategy that achieves a consistent data environment.

- ER data analysis expertise.

- Well-developed analytical, problem solving skills with good hands on expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel.

- Responsible for the governance, creation and distribution of Employee Relations (ER) data insights across the ER Service.

- Conduct analysis on ER data, with a focus on identifying trends and takeaways to start with, and rapidly build to actionable insights that impact efficiency of the ER service in entities under remit.

- Produce operational reporting and Conduct & Concerns dashboards to track/monitor ER service delivery in entities.

- Draw data led conclusions and suggest action in a concise easily understandable way.

- Provide training to users on data, reporting and analytics tools and maintain appropriate access controls.

- Maintain procedures for data, analytics and reporting processes.

- Ensure all Data, MI and Reporting work is completed to standards set, applying Global and Local instruction knowledge for area being assessed i.e. considering any local dispensations, sampling based on risk.

- All applicable SLAs and targets associated with ER Service Proposition work are met.

- Use the ServiceNow tools to manage queries effectively, ensuring case details are logged accurately and no data or privacy risk concerns.

- Previous auditing or assurance experience is an advantage as well as a working knowledge of Employee Relations and or workplace investigations.

- Experience in compilation of reports and/or management information and / or stories driven by data-backed insights.

- Persistence and courage of their own convictions to follow up on noted quality issues and monitor agreed management.

- A sound working knowledge of HR and ER principles and procedures.
