Associate Vice President - Campus Hiring - BFSI/FMCG/Retail (8-12 yrs)

Hiring an AVP Campus Hiring with 8-12 years of experience in Camus Hiring, University Relations, Employer Branding, etc.

Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible for planning and executing the campus recruitment strategies.

- Drive the strategy and planning of university hiring & branding programs to build a short- and long-term candidate pipeline.

- Manage the end-to-end campus hiring process, from strategy to execution level, to hire top talent from Universities and Colleges.

- Building and maintaining relationships with Colleges, Faculty, Student Organizations, and Alumni Groups.

- Partner with key business, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.

- Working closely with the University Relations team to design and drive key branding and engagement initiatives.
