Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple HRMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Collaborate closely with HR leadership, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Build relationships with HRMS vendors and third-party consultants, ensuring deliverables align with contractual agreements and business needs.
Develop and implement change management strategies to support HRMS initiatives, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption strategies.
Identify potential risks and issues related to HRMS projects, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor project performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for HRMS systems and processes, leveraging industry best practices and technological advancements.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
