Job Title : Compensation and Benefits HR
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Compensation :
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures and programs.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to determine fair and equitable compensation levels.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures.
2. Benefits :
- Design and implement employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to determine competitive benefits offerings.
- Develop and maintain benefits policies and procedures.
3. HR Operations:
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
4. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and advise the organization accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 10+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, HR, or related field.
3. Skills :
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
4. Certifications : Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) certification preferred.
