Position - HR & Office Manager
Role Overview :
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in HR and office administration, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Generalist HR & Operations Executive with experience in handling HR operations, office administration, and employee lifecycle management. The role involves managing day-to-day HR processes, office operations, and employee onboarding, including ID creation, document management, and administrative tasks to support a smooth business workflow.
Key Responsibilities
HR Management
1. Lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
2. Ensure smooth workforce management and employee relations.
3. Supervise two direct reports (HR Assistants) and mentor them effectively.
4. Handle payroll, attendance tracking, compliance, and labor law adherence.
Office & Administration Management
1. Oversee the entire IT office ensuring seamless operations.
2. Manage office infrastructure, facilities, and vendor coordination.
3. Implement administrative policies to enhance workplace efficiency.
Coordination with Global Teams
1. Act as a key liaison between the Ahmedabad office and global IT teams.
2. Align HR and operational practices with international standards.
Candidate Profile
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Masters Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Min 10 years of experience in HR operations, office administration, and generalist roles.
3. Familiarity with IT onboarding processes and employee ID creation is a plus
4. Candidates should have extensive expertise in IT/Tech HR & administration
