Role Overview:

The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of our financial products tailored to the NBFC sector. The role demands a deep understanding of NBFC operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in using FinnOne.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the companys goals and market needs.

- Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and initiatives based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.

2. Product Development:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless product development and implementation.

- Use FinnOne and .NET software to design, test, and launch new financial products and services.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the NBFC sector.

- Analyze competitor products and strategies to stay ahead in the market.

4. Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, present product roadmaps, and manage expectations.

- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
