Group Chief Financial Officer - Building Material Industry (14-25 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic financial direction and support to the MD and the Board of Directors.

2. Manage and oversee finance functions including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Taxation, and Treasury.

3. Implement and maintain robust financial systems and controls.

4. Finalisation of quarterly and annual Standalone and Consolidated financial statements and reports ensuring their accuracy and compliance.

5. Develop and monitor financial projections and budgets.

6. Coordinate with various stakeholders, managing funds and financial relationships.

7. Manage and lead Investor Relations including post result investor calls, media interactions etc.

8. Ensure technological integration in financial practices to enhance efficiency and information reliability.

9. Develop financial strategies for business growth and optimization.

10. Maintain financial compliance across all operations.

11. Manage and develop finance department staff, promoting a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 14 -20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial role with a Listed Company.

- Exposure of managing Investors Relations.

- Proficiency in financial management software (SAP or similar).

- Experience in the Manufacturing sector will be added advantage.
