Chief Financial Officer (15-25 yrs)

Strategic Leadership:

1. Develop and implement the organization's financial strategy to align with business goals.

2. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive team.

3. Drive financial innovation, including adopting AI-based tools to automate financial processes and improve forecasting accuracy.

4. Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, especially in AI and related sectors.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

1. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

2. Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive cross-sell, up-sell, and partner ecosystem growth.

3. Ensure data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics and system-driven tools

Governance & Compliance:

1. Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.

2. Oversee risk management, internal audits, and controls to safeguard the organization's assets.

3. Manage data sovereignty and cybersecurity aspects related to financial operations.

Operational Excellence:

1. Optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital structure to support business growth.

2. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial and operational efficiency.

3. Drive cost management initiatives while maintaining a culture of high accountability and integrity.

Team Leadership:

1. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

2. Foster collaboration with other departments to enhance organizational performance.

3. Promote a performance-driven culture by aligning team goals with the organization's corporate objectives.

Experience:

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in the data center, cloud, managed services, or security industries.

- Proven track record of scaling businesses, achieving financial targets, and driving operational efficiency.

- Experience in managing large-scale financial operations and teams.
