Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR:
1. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals.
2. Develop and implement HR initiatives to support growth ambition.
HR Compliance and Policies:
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
2. Advise management on HR-related legal and regulatory matters
3. Design, maintain & enhance HR policies to support the demography of shared services
Employee Relations:
1. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances & related consequence management
2. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management
3. Define proactive approach to understand risks & mitigate Attrition
Talent & Performance management:
1. Define & implement Talent framework to develop identified talent
2. Lead the Annual Compensation Review & Bonus payout
3. Enable effective performance appraisal process & enforce organization guidelines through discussions with people managers
4. Enable and implement career development and succession plans
Employee Engagement:
1. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
2. Develop strategies for fostering a positive work culture
Training and Development:
1. Define effective learning & development plans
2. Identify training needs and enable development plans for employees
3. Coordinate training programs to enhance skills and competencies
- Development of an Organizational culture that emphasizes customer centricity, collaboration and positive work relationships.
- Periodically review the system, structure and the people of the company and take corrective measures.
- Ensure the compliance of organization's health, safety and environmental policies.
