Job Description:

1. This role is with a UK Based IT Software company.

2. This will be a Contractual Role for 6 Months and then extendable there after.

3. Minimum 9+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing team leads and recruiters.

4. Previous experience with Search Firms, Recruitment Companies will be a BIG PLUS.

5. Lead and manage a team of 2-3 Team Leads, who in turn oversee 10-12 recruiters.

6. Develop, implement, and monitor effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent for domestic and international markets.

7. Set clear performance goals for the team, conduct regular reviews, and provide guidance for achieving hiring targets.

8. Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding of candidates, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

9. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, prioritize roles, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

10. Monitor market trends and talent landscapes to devise proactive recruitment solutions.

11. Foster a high-performance culture through mentoring, coaching, and motivating team members.

12. Maintain recruitment metrics and generate detailed reports to track performance, highlight challenges, and propose solutions.

13. Demonstrated expertise in domestic and international hiring processes and practices.

14. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.

15. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results and manage high-performing teams.

16. Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

17. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
