Manager - Vendor Management - International Staffing (10-15 yrs)

Position - Manager US Staffing and Vendor Management

Location - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- The Manager will be responsible for the execution of the Client & Vendor Management strategy within the Hyderabad operations.

- The manager will also supervise the Staffing Team Lead and MSP Program Team Lead, who will in turn oversee managing the day-to-day operations of a team of Staffing Analysts, Staffing Lead Analysts, and MSP Program Analysts.

- This position will work closely with the MSP Program Director, Director of Staffing, and Centralized Staffing leaders in the US to solve complex client and vendor staffing challenges.

Major Responsibilities And Accountabilities:

Client Program and Vendor Management:

- Lead and supervise the Staffing Team Lead and MSP Program Team Lead, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

- Oversees day-to-day operations of India Client Program & Vendor Management functions through maintaining appropriate staffing levels and productivity to meet targeted service levels, turnaround times, and satisfaction/quality levels.

- Directs and manages compliance with assigned corporate processes (i.e. licensure updates).

- Creates and maintains departmental policies and procedures working closely with the Client program & Vendor Management US-based team on best practices.

- Ensures overall compliance with facilities policy and procedures.

- Works to determine and develop strategic reports for company's leadership.

- Serves as a resource and subject matter expert to the Client Program and Vendor Management staff on performance improvement strategies.

- Supports the mission and vision of of the company.

Years of Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in staffing management or a similar role, preferably in a large global organization.

- Requires working hours that overlap with the US-based teams.

Skills:

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to manage a team and other stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse cultural groups, considering cultural sensitivities, norms, and communication style.

- Proficiency in office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

- Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
