Job Description:

- Looking to hire Operations Director in Chennai location for a global technology company with Automatic Identification System (AIS) as a product for large logictic solution providers.

- Looking for a leader who can partner with global change management team and crate best in class operations set up in order to create best-in-class business & service. Along with that will be leading teams of people to drive performance.

Role includes but not limited to:

- Strategic Planning and Execution: Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Managing relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligns with organizational goals.

- Compliance and Risk Management.

- Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial performance.

- Team Leadership: Leading and developing newly created office and team members from diversified backgrounds in Chennai, fostering a culture of innovation,improvement and high performance.

What kind of candidates we are looking for:

- Min experience with 15 yrs with min 5+yrs in leadership role with operational management within the offshore or related industry.

- In-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements to SAAS and/or Maritime Industry experience is desired.

- Should have experience working with PE backed firms.
