Senior Director & Business Head - SaaS (15-17 yrs)

You will be responsible for growing Company's SMB business line globally and overall Go-To-Market. You will take full ownership of the P&L and drive the strategic direction, operational execution, and growth of our business in India and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses from 10 to 100 and bring deep expertise in sales, customer success, market expansion, partnerships, and strategic leadership. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely on overall product strategy, corporate development & growth of the company.

- Develop and execute scalable growth strategies to drive market share, revenue, and profitability across India and international markets.

- Own full P&L responsibility, setting and achieving financial targets while optimizing resource allocation.

- Lead and expand a high-performing sales team to drive customer acquisition and new revenue streams and oversee customer success to ensure superior client experiences, satisfaction, and retention.

- Identify and penetrate new markets, creating localized go-to-market strategies for international growth.

- Spearhead strategic partnerships to enhance distribution, sales, and brand presence.

- Collaborate with the product team to align offerings with market needs and insights.

- Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to maintain a forward-thinking, innovative business strategy.

Requirements:

- 15+ years, including solid SaaS experience, demonstrating success in selling to SMB clients globally.

- Proven leadership abilities, business acumen, and experience managing teams of at least 50 people.
