Service Head - Heavy Fabrication Industry (15-25 yrs)

We have an urgent requirement with one of our well known client which is a global company globally leading supplier of plants, equipment, and services for hydropower stations, the pulp and paper industry, the metalworking and steel industries, and for solid/liquid separation in the municipal and industrial sectors as well as for animal feed and biomass pelleting.

We are looking Service Head for Chennai location. This role will reports to MD. This role will responsible for heading team of Field Service / After Market Sales / Project Service for Service Department.

Responsibilities :

- To Strategize and develop After Sales Service business, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing customer complaints.

- Prepare Annual budget for After Sales Service business and achieve.

- Achieving Sales revenue and EBITA targets.

- Identify competitor business and develop strategy to capture the market in coloration with supply chain.

- Enhance Quality of Service to customers with On time support .

- Ensure Heath and Safety of the employees in Operations.

- Collecting and assessing feedback from customers and client to identify areas of improvement.

- Stay updated on Industry trends.

- Appointing Channel Partners.

- Manage Service Sales , Projects and Site service team.

Required Skills:

- Experience in leading Service Functions.

- Ability to strategize through market changes or new business challenges.

- Excellent at communicating business requirements.

- Self driven and goal oriented.

- Should Exhibit Strong customer orientation Skill.

- Able to develop team with deep level of understanding and knowledge to products, system and process.

- Experience in handling customer complaints..

- Solid language skills (verbal and written) in English are required.

Required Competency Skill:

- Have good communication & interpersonal skills targeting the relevant audience in the organization, across cultures.

- Strong knowledge on Engineering principles.

- Be well organized and disciplined in implementing projects.

- Be innovative and outgoing team member.
