Head - Operations - Jewelry Industry (15-25 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations with a strong background in business operations within the jewelry industry to oversee and optimize our Pan-India store operations.

Role Hierarchy Overview:

- Store Level: Each store is managed by a Store Manager with a team of 5-6 staff.

- Cluster Level: 5-7 stores are overseen by an Area Operations Manager.

- Regional Level: Zonal Operations Heads supervise clusters.

- National Level: The Head of Operations leads all zonal operations, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Pan-India store operations and ensure smooth business processes across all locations.

- Monitor and achieve monthly revenue targets for every store.

- Manage business performance, drive sales operations, and improve operational efficiency.

- Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities to enhance store performance.

- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management for operational staff.

- Work closely with HR for manpower planning and development, taking a leadership role in execution.

- Analyze business trends, identify gaps, and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in operations within the jewelry industry is mandatory.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle multi-level hierarchies.

- Expertise in driving sales operations, setting targets, and achieving business goals.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to enhance business performance.
