Java Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture (7-11 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

- Integrate and manage Kafka for real-time data streaming.

- Implement and optimize Couchbase for high-performance data storage.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Enhance the performance and scalability of existing systems.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Monitor and manage production environments to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues promptly.

- Implement proactive measures to prevent production incidents.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Java/JEE development.

- Strong proficiency in Kafka and real-time data streaming.

- Extensive experience with Couchbase or similar NoSQL databases.

- Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and JDK 8.

- Experience with RESTful web services and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
