We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in interior furniture and fitout to drive business growth.

Job Description:


- The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors and a passion for sales, design, and delivering high-quality solutions.

- This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth in the interior design and manufacturing industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential sectors.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.

- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and consultation to contract negotiation and project handover.

- Work closely with internal teams (design, production, and project management) to ensure seamless project execution.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project ] lifecycle.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position the company effectively.

- Develop pricing strategies and proposals to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.

- Support the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align business development efforts with brand initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the interior furniture and fitout industry.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of the interior fitout and furniture manufacturing lifecycle.

- Established network within the design, architecture, or construction industries (preferred).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and client management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.

- Knowledge of current interior design trends, furniture innovations, and sustainable practices.
