Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our recruitment business growth initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will develop strategic partnerships, expand our client base, and drive revenue by offering tailored recruitment solutions to clients across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for recruitment services.
- Build and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close profitable deals.
Recruitment Solution Design:
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to design customized hiring solutions.
- Present recruitment service offerings, such as permanent placements, contract staffing, and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing).
- Offer consultative support to clients, including market insights and talent acquisition strategies.
Team Collaboration & Reporting:
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidate pipelines.
- Provide regular updates and sales reports to senior management.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Experience:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and address client-specific hiring challenges.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, market trends, and best practices.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of new client acquisitions per quarter.
- Revenue generated from recruitment services.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Timely closure of business deals.
