Senior RPA Developer - IBM WDG (3-7 yrs)

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer with expertise in IBM WDG RPA to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in SAP integration, IBM Datacap, APIs, and web-based applications, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using IBM RPA.

- Act as a solution architect to create scalable RPA solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance automation capabilities.

- Integrate IBM RPA with SAP systems, IBM Datacap, APIs, and web-based applications to improve process efficiency.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design and solution design documents.

- Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitoring performance and providing technical support.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.

- Manage client expectations by tracking project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain RPA governance and standards within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using IBM RPA.

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.

- Proficiency in IBM RPA development and process automation.

- Experience in SAP integration, IBM Datacap, API integration, and web-based applications.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of Python, .NET, or Java is a plus.
