Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial real estate services.
- Build strong relationships with corporates, developers, and investors.
- Conduct market research to track trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales pitches and proposals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Drive repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications Required
Experience:
- 8-12 years in business development, sales, or client management in real estate, consulting, or related industries.
Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Skills:
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Market knowledge of Bangalore, Pune, and Mumbai.
