RPA Developer (3-4 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate AP and AR processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting.

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient RPA solutions.

- Implement best practices for RPA development and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots and processes.

- Analyze existing AP and AR processes to identify automation opportunities.

- Document process flows and create detailed process definition documents (PDDs).

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation solutions.

- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for potential automation projects.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of AP and AR processes, including invoice management, payment processing, and reconciliation.

- Develop automation solutions that address specific challenges within the AP and AR domains.

- Work closely with finance teams to ensure that automation solutions meet their needs.

- Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots to ensure optimal performance.

- Provide ongoing support and resolve issues related to RPA solutions.

- Implement change requests and updates to existing RPA bots.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues.

- Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of RPA best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

Proven experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions.

Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

Extensive experience in invoice automation.

Hands-on experience with at least one of the leading RPA tools: UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

Experience in process analysis and documentation.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in RPA development.

- Proficiency in Robotics and Process Automation concepts.

- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Software development experience, including understanding of programming concepts.

- Ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies.

- Knowledge of database management and SQL.

- Experience with workflow automation tools.

- Experience with Cloud based RPA solutions.
