RPA Developer - German/Japanese Language (3-5 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an RPA Developer with German language proficiency to design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath and WinActor. The ideal candidate should have strong automation experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in German to support localization and process improvements for the German market.

Key Responsibilities :

- RPA Development : Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and WinActor.

- Process Optimization : Identify process inefficiencies and automate repetitive tasks for improved business efficiency.

- Workflow Management : Create, maintain, and enhance RPA scripts and workflows.

- Troubleshooting & Debugging : Identify, diagnose, and resolve RPA-related technical issues.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure that RPA implementations follow security best practices and compliance standards.

- Localization & Translation : Adapt RPA solutions for German-speaking users, ensuring seamless integration and usability.

- Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to align automation goals with business needs.

Must-Have Skills :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath or WinActor.

- Fluency in German/Japanese (Speaking & Writing) for effective communication.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for automation challenges.

- Hands-on experience with RPA deployment, debugging, and workflow creation.

- Knowledge of security and compliance in RPA implementation.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in integrating RPA with enterprise applications (SAP, CRM, etc.).

- Knowledge of AI, ML, or OCR-based automation.

- Exposure to cloud-based RPA solutions.

- Experience working with international clients.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
