Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, custom development with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), and strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance standards.

You will be responsible for developing and enhancing Salesforce Health Cloud applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring smooth integrations, and optimizing performance while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Health Cloud Application Development : Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud applications to meet healthcare-specific business needs.

- Custom Development : Implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and workflows.

- Requirements Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders (product managers, business analysts, etc.) to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions tailored to healthcare environments.

- Integration : Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data exchange.

- Performance & Security Optimization : Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, security, and a better user experience.

- Compliance & Data Integrity : Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and maintain data integrity.

- Troubleshooting & Best Practices : Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues, implement best practices, and ensure the application runs smoothly.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Salesforce admins, business analysts, etc.) to implement business solutions effectively.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Salesforce Health Cloud Expertise : 7-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Salesforce Health Cloud.

- Technical Proficiency : Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.

- API Integrations : Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP).

- Healthcare Knowledge : Understanding of healthcare industry workflows, patient management, and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

- Salesforce Automation : Experience with Salesforce automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.

- Salesforce Data Modeling & Security : Solid experience in Salesforce data modeling and implementing security practices.

- DevOps Tools & CI/CD : Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Certifications : Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II are highly preferred.

- Problem-Solving & Communication : Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams.
