Key Responsibilities :

Functional Expertise :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, workflows, and user stories.

- Recommend and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance business efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

- Provide expert advice on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other products.

- Act as the bridge between business users and the technical development team.

- Deliver user training and create comprehensive documentation to ensure successful adoption.

Technical Excellence :

- Design and build scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

- Customize configurations, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and Flows.

- Lead integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like Boomi.

- Ensure best practices in data modeling, system architecture, and security.

- Manage data migration, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

What You Bring :

- 8+ years of Salesforce consulting experience with expertise in both technical and functional roles.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools.

- Hands-on experience with integration tools and middleware platforms.

- Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader, Jitterbit, or Informatica.

- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and deliver impactful Salesforce solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- Master's degree or Salesforce Certifications (e., Salesforce Certified Consultant or Architect) are a plus.
