Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

An experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to optimize and extend our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

- Create and maintain custom objects, triggers, workflows, process builder, and flows.

- Develop and integrate APIs to connect Salesforce with other enterprise applications.

- Optimize and refactor existing codebases to enhance performance and maintainability.

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Ensure best practices are followed in Salesforce development, security, and data management.

- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce development standards.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and best DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.

System Integration & Data Management :

- Work with ETL tools, middleware, and third-party integrations (e., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).

- Ensure data integrity, governance, and security within Salesforce.

- Perform data migrations using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and ETL tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and integrations.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, OAuth, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD (SFDX, Git, Copado, or Gearset).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization.

- Experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Salesforce certifications (e., Platform Developer I & II, Application/System Architect) are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

- Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, CPQ, and FinancialForce.

- Exposure to MuleSoft, AWS, or Azure for integrations.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
