Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation of SAP MDG systems, including the configuration of the system, customizing it to meet the organization's specific requirements, and conducting user acceptance testing
- Providing technical support to SAP MDG users, resolving any technical issues that arise and providing guidance on the use of the system
- Monitoring the performance of SAP MDG systems and takes steps to optimize their performance, such as implementing new hardware or reconfiguring existing systems
- Responsible for managing user access to SAP MDG systems, including setting up and maintaining user accounts, assigning roles and authorizations, and monitoring user activity
- Responsible for managing and protecting sensitive data within SAP MDG systems, including data backup and recovery procedures
- Collaboration with internal teams
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
